Want to Know More About "Family Day"?

CASA created “Family Day – A Day to Eat Dinner with Your Children!” as a way to remind parents that frequent family dinners can make a difference in a child’s life. While there are no guarantees, parental engagement during dinner can be a simple and effective tool to help prevent substance abuse and other risky behaviors in children.

This year, Stouffer’s will join CASA by sponsoring “Family Day” on Monday, 28, 2009. Visit the Stouffer’s web site for meal planning tips and other ideas on spending time with your family.

But don’t forget to log onto CASAFamilyDay.org to take the pledge to spend time with your family and talk to your kids about alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs!

Join parents across the country as they take their seat at the dinner table on “Family Day”!
